It’s On! Mentor Road Race

First race of the season for the five of us. Carrie and I headed to Indy and met up with our teamies to finish the trip to California. Kentucky. Just south of Cincinnati. Today’s race was 40+ miles of the hilliest “flat” course I’ve seen in a while.

education labelEver ridden with someone who is constantly 10 yards or even a half mile ahead of you? It’s not enjoyable. We understand that no one learns overnight and everyone needs someone encouraging to ride with.

We try to accommodate all women with a means to ride: through finding bikes to borrow or rent, supplying new pedals someone’s been dying to try or giving the encouragement and advice necessary to climb that hill a bit easier, and more efficiently.
