+ Wednesday: No Stop/No Drop
{STEADY to HIGH ROLLER
Wednesday night is our flagship “NO DROP” ride where we will go at the pace of the slowest rider; we expect to consistently pedal without “taking breaks” but want to ensure every rider finishes with another rider or coordinator.
Generally, it falls into two distinct riding groups. We’ll always make sure no one is left behind, but we’ve been told by many first-timers that the hills are quite challenging and we recommend some fitness before committing to this ride.
Rolls out at 6pm from Straubb’s Parking Lot in Webster Groves, Missouri

The next time you are out on a ride, take the time to notice how you pedal. Are you working against the laws of physics, or are you driving your machine forward. Wonder why the propelling motion on a locomotive is positioned opposite to the gravitational movement of “up and down”. Maybe there is something to moving forward.
As we pedaling, our focus should remain on our position and our technique, moving forward, to maximize our the energy we are expending, thus making us more efficient. Try to pedal like a locomotive the next time you are out and see what kind of gains you see.
Talk to you later

So threads here, threads there, blog this, blog that….bottom line is…we like to ride for all different reasons.
We ride at different speeds, on different bikes, with different abilities, and certainly with different goals.
From the joy at childhood to our hectic lives as adults, the one machine that can make it all better is propelled by our our own two legs and a desire to have a breeze in our face.
Everyone take a minute to comment to the post. Does our site keep you from riding more, how can it help you in the future. We know we need change, and with your candid opinions and heartfelt stories, we can get there. We want to hear what YOU are doing!!! What makes the Saturday morning ride the best thing since chocolate? How does it feel to get beat by your Kindergartner down the sidewalk?
Check out some cool sites(there are numerous ones out there):
