Well we have had a nice break due to the holiday season, but it is time to restart the Alpine Shop spin class. We will have class for the next 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Please bring your own bike and trainer for the class.
This year we continue with the Carmichael Training System's program called Progressive Power. Ask any that participated before Christmas - they are tough! You will want to bring some water and a towel.
I do have a small number of trainers available to loan for the class. These are a first come, first use basis. I prefer to be contacted by email to reserve one - tberry@alpineshop.com
